CLEVELAND, Ohio — We’re officially well into September, meaning it’s officially the season for Oktoberfest beers and Cleveland Browns football.
In the latest episode of “DineDrinkCLE: The Podcast,” hosts Josh Duke and Alex Darus are joined by Marc Bona to talk about Oktoberfest beers. Marc recently served as a judge for the microbrewing competition at Cleveland Oktoberfest and shared a few stand-out pours from the event.
Josh and Alex also talk about their favorite local bars to tune into Cleveland Browns games ahead of the season kickoff this Sunday. Whether it’s a sports bar with plenty of TVs or a brewery close to the stadium, plenty of bars and restaurants are more than ready for the 2024 NFL season.
Alex also discusses her recent visit to the newly-opened Artis steakhouse in Lakewood. She discusses the lightened concept of a steakhouse, from decor to dishes on the menu, and how it will benefit the town’s culinary scene.
Finally, Peter Chakerian stops by to chat about his recent visit to the top three winners of cleveland.com’s best breakfast contest. Pete explains how each of the three local favorites offers something different and which menu items stood out to him during his dine-in experience.
